Essential Job FunctionsMaintain a strong understanding of the ongoing hiring needs of CCV and establish the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent that matches CCV’s values and culture.  Collaborate with department managers and cross-functional teams to understand job requirements, develop and update job descriptions, meet sourcing needs, provide regular updates, and report on outcomes.Partner with the Marketing and Communications team to design and utilize various recruiting strategies and platforms to conduct proactive candidate searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Proactively source candidates through networking, resume databases, social media channels, and job fairs.Leverage data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess their qualifications and fit for specific rolesConducting initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positionsManage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a robust candidate pool for openings, and coordinating placement of candidates across campus and central roles.Support the interview process by means of communication, coordination, setup, and facilitation.Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment.Character & Chemistry Customer Focus – is dedicated to meeting the expectations of our members, attenders, and the team members we work with daily.Interpersonal Skills – relates well to all kinds of people and builds effective relationships, communicates effectively both interpersonally and corporately.Self-Development – Committed to improvement, seeks constructive criticism, understands strengths and weaknesses.Drive for Results – Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
