Key Responsibilities Partner with ministry and departmental leaders to gather, document, clarify, and refine business, operational, and ministry requirements for new and existing technology initiatives. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans, clearly defined scopes, and prioritized workstreams in collaboration with technical teams and leadership. Create, communicate, and maintain project and product roadmaps that provide visibility into timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and strategic outcomes. Work closely with InterTech leadership to maintain prioritization of active initiatives, balancing organizational impact, resource capacity, urgency, and long-term strategy. Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, ministries, and departments to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and keep work moving forward. Prepare and communicate updates, recommendations, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and professionalism. Manage third-party vendors and partner relationships, including engagement, communication, accountability, deliverables, timelines, and service quality. Provide direction and coordination for internal staff and project contributors, helping ensure ownership, follow-through, and healthy collaboration across workstreams. Facilitate project planning activities such as discovery, roadmap development, milestone planning, risk identification, issue resolution, status reporting, and change management. Monitor progress across related initiatives and proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities for course correction. Support continuous improvement of program delivery practices, documentation standards, and collaboration processes within InterTech and across partner ministries. Help ensure solutions are implemented in ways that are practical, scalable, supportable, and aligned to CCV’s mission and values.
