Job Description:
We are in search of a qualified and friendly individual with exceptional customer services to join our growing team. The accounting assistant will be responsible for assisting the with admin duties. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry for work order close out
Prepare, verify and process invoices
Chase down missing invoices
Enter Bills and process invoices
Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy and on time
Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
Qualifications:
Must possess knowledge of bookkeeping procedures including accounts payables
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and well organized
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Decision making skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Excellent Math Skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
Willing to work independently
Hours of Operations: M-F 6am-2:30pm
