Midas Auto Service and Tires is currently looking for enthusiastic, positive, results driven Managers and Service Advisors in our growing West and South Phoenix markets. A background in automotive service is preferred, but if you have a service/sales background, a proven track record in sales, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you!
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.
These positions are key to our company's success and compensation is based on individual and shop performance and often has the opportunity for advancement within the organization.
