Midas Auto Service and Tires is currently looking for an enthusiastic, positive, results driven Store Manager . The Manager is responsible for but not limited to: customer service, ordering parts and inventory, overall shop and employee management, accurate estimates, money handling, time and attendance, and maintaining proper margins and profitability.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience, and possess knowledge of Identifix, RO Writer, and Microsoft Windows.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with superb customer service and communication skills. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.
This position is key to our company's success and compensation is based on individual and shop performance.
