This open position offers a base salary as well as the opportunity to earn commission. You will also be given plenty of room for advancement in a fast growing company, paid yearly vacation, and enrollment in our Company Sponsored Health Insurance benefits program. A base salary is $45k with uncapped potential commission. This is a fantastic and rewarding career for the right individual!
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for growing and maintaining our employee database. This is accomplished by creating and running advertisements, conducting and coordinating interviews, properly managing current and new field employees, and assigning employees to client projects.
