Key member of leadership team with responsibility for gross margin of the managed services practice. Highly motivated individual that can hold their own in executive leadership meetings, but also comes together with the leadership team to support common goals to move the company forward. Manages a team of highly technical individuals and must accomplish objectives by rallying the team to all push towards a common finish line. Also responsible for mentoring, training, professional development, and management of the team. Every day is different, so must be able to move between priorities quickly and easily and think on your feet.

Job Duties
Analyze and resolve quality/customer service problems

Assume primary responsibility for all services delivery within the Managed Services practice

Drive development and maturity of managed services business as it relates to business maturity, service delivery, and patterns, practices, and processes
Education
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

100-120K with incentives
