Hiring/training new staff
Implementing and Maintaining office procedures and policies

Maintain knowledge of new products.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Requirements
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Strong Inside Sales Background
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
MUST have a property and casualty insurance license
Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others
Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Minimum 5-10 years prior insurance agency experience is preferred-Commercial and Personal lines experience a plus
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
