The Construction Zone is hiring for various management positions to become a full-time member of our team. The ideal candidate will support a variety of projects, assisting with planning, organizing, and overseeing tasks from initiation to completion. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in construction management while working closely with a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, executing, and communicating project schedules and updates to subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and designers.
Help troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delays, emergencies, or other challenges that may arise.
Contribute to both office and on-site project tasks as required.
Support budget preparation, cost tracking, and schedule management.
Qualifications:
Architectural and construction background preferred but not required
Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel proficient
AutoCAD proficient
Attention to detail and the understanding of the construction process, methods, and ability to read construction drawings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
