Job description:
Desert Classic Restorations is a custom car shop building custom cars, restorations, and repair work on classic cars.
Duties:
-Postings on Ebay a plus CAN TRAIN
-Postings on Craigslist a plus CAN TRAIN
- Website Development a plus
-Social Media Pr a plus
-Experience with classic cars a big plus!
- Perform general office assistant duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails
-Review Techs work orders and form invoices for customers
-Will train if necessary, take pictures and place ads on social media, eBay and other sites
-Maintain inventory , order parts, cleaning office, help is certain areas of shop
- Assist with order entry and maintaining office filing systems
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Proofread documents for errors and maintain accuracy in all tasks
- Utilize computer skills to perform various administrative tasks
- Provide support as a personal assistant to office staff
Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Experience with order entry processes
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail in typing tasks
- Skilled in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working as a personal assistant is beneficial
