Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Area Manager for a well-established roofing company in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is known for quality and innovation in the roofing industry and is looking for a results-driven leader to drive operational excellence and team success.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus of up to $2,500
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and supervise Superintendents, Project Managers, and Administrative staff.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
Foster a collaborative and safety-first culture among all team members.
Project Coordination & Oversight
Schedule, organize, and oversee multiple residential roofing projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Promote and enforce the use of the company’s Track Report tool to streamline operations.
Conduct daily quality assurance checks and address any issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance
Champion workplace safety, ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Oversee the completion of daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) by the team.
Monitor safety notifications and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes to boost team productivity and project outcomes.
Drive initiatives to enhance quality assurance and minimize project delays.
Client Relations
Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact for any escalated project issues.
Qualifications
Leadership Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven leadership experience managing teams, such as Superintendents, Project Managers, or administrative personnel.
Roofing Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in roofing, including service, new construction, and reroof projects.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction and residential project management tools; familiarity with Track Report or similar systems is a plus.
Safety Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
