Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution from preconstruction to close-out for mission-critical data center projects.
Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring adherence to design and contract standards.
Manage field implementation of approved changes and risk mitigation plans.
Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols, actively promoting a culture of safety.
Lead coordination of construction logistics, procurement, and supply chain management, including Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment.
Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly project reports.
Participate in and facilitate project meetings to ensure smooth communication between teams.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards.
Requirements:
Experience managing mission-critical data center construction projects.
Strong background in construction management, site supervision, and contract execution.
Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Master Electrician, Plumber, or ASHRAE are a plus.
OSHA 30-hour Certification required.
Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
