Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Store/General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. You will be responsible for exceeding the customers expectations, helping grow sales, increase loyalty and help drive innovative ideas to generate and retain revenue.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and employee orientation to foster a positive work environment.
Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity and service delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members and ownership to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Utilize POS systems to manage sales transactions, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with ownership to develop operational plans that enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to achieve business goals.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Create partnerships in the community to build awareness and drive revenue.
Create Trust and Loyalty with your staff, ownership and the customer
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service-oriented environment. At least 1 year of managerial experience required.
A love for sports, baseball and softball
A love for kids and youth.
Organized and detail oriented.
A positive and always customer first attitude
Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience with recruiting processes and employee development initiatives.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices.
Ability to manage shifts effectively while ensuring high levels of team engagement.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while driving operational success.
Hours can vary based on the season, however this position will require weekends and evening hours up to 10PM.
This position has a strong base pay plus unlimited bonus opportunities based on top and bottom line growth.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus bonuses on sales growth, bottom line growth and community involvement.
