We have an opening for an experienced working construction superintendent. If you have at least three years of construction supervisory experience, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication and customer service skills, please reply to this ad with your resume containing work history, references, and pay history.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising field commercial construction projects in order to complete the work on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Assist in the organization, planning, and scheduling of projects.
- Scheduling and supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ordering materials and managing suppliers.
- Coordinating with customers and providing customer service.
- Performing construction activities on site.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum three years superintendent experience is required.
- Commercial experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid AZ Driver's license with good MVR.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and engineering drawings.
