Admin/Office open position
Job description:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Organize and schedule appointment
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Develop and maintain a filling system
-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
-Data Entry
-Microsoft and excel Experience
- Scanning
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
