We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Customer Service to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. English/Spanish Bi-lingual speaker preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with customer service, scheduling and invoicing
Plan and schedule client services
Answer inbound telephone inquiries and make service follow up calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Help with vendor and supply management
Perform all other office tasks
