We have multiple positions available for customer service representatives in various cities in the valley. The position that the individual would be responsible for, includes, but is not limited to:
Answering customer service phone calls (Current residents as well as prospective resident inquiries)
Documenting new work orders from current residents for maintenance repairs
Accepting and posting/closing out rent payments from residents
Walking vacant units to ensure rent ready
Knocking on doors for rent collections
Making outbound calls for rent collections
Posting craigs list ads for apartment rentals
This position would be full time, and the representative would need to be flexible on the days available to work. Generally, the hours would be from 9-6pm, and must be available to work weekends. The individual must possess exceptional customer service skills, and must be able to multi talk. Training will be provided in-house. Past experience is NOT required.
