ArbitrationThe primary focus of this position will be to efficiently process PSI’s andArbitrations with a focus on customer satisfaction. Areas ofresponsibilities will include but are not limited to: Communicate with customers in a timely manner Be the independent voice of the auction, buyer and seller toresolve arb’s and psi’s Work with check in and lot staff to ensure arb returns areaccurately inventoried Work with the mechanic shop to process psi’s and arb’s Effectively communicate with customers the mechanic and techfindings Work with sales reps to help resolve customer complaints Notify and assist the Controller and General Manager whenproblems require further dialog Assist in processing arb’s after the determination has beenreached so the customer is serviced according to auction, psi/arbterms Any other duties assigned by the Controller or General ManagerSkills Conflict resolution Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel) Frame / Structural knowledge Mechanical knowledge Must be a team player Must be highly organized Apply now in 2 minutes!
