Ability to handle multi line phone system calmly, accurately and with professional phone etiquette. Heavy phone work
Comfortable dealing with technitians and customers.
Strong, accurate computer skills neede.
Must be able to multi-task.
Bi-Lingual preferable
Outstanding attendance and punctuality required. Full time postition with som OT during peak seasons. Some Saturdays and evenings may be required.
Delivery/Installtion dispatch wanted if possible - not required.
