We are seeking a $13.00/hour Customer Service & Sales Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the customer service team and sales calls for the company.

Responsibilities:
customer service operations
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Various administrative duties as needed
Perform day to day activities such as take phone orders, process orders, maintain vendor's relationships, maintain customer's relationships, & process shipments
cold calling like minded business
The position also requires the use of the internet and computer software such as Web based email, Microsoft Office, MOM, QuickBooks, and PayPal among others.
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
proven track record of outbound sales
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
High School Graduate Required
2+ years experience in sales preferred
Detailed oriented
Strong organizational skills
Possess strong problem solving skills
Be a strong team player
Must be able to multi task
Works well and is effective under pressure
Bilingual preferred
Must be able to pass a back ground check

10 days of Paid Time Off per year, accrued @ 3.25 hours per 80 hours worked.
