Inspired LED, LLC is a small but dynamic business in Tempe, AZ, looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly individuals to join our team as Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Specialists. No extensive experience? No problem! We’ll provide full training for candidates who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the motivation to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our team, you’ll be trained to:
Answer and direct customer calls with professionalism and a smile
Generate LED lighting quotes, process orders, and take payments over the phone
Learn our software systems (QuickBooks, Webgility, Amazon Seller Central)
Troubleshoot LED lighting orders and provide complex technical support
Assist with order prep, shipping, and product assembly
Contribute to inventory management/replenishment and cross-train in multiple areas of operations
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma (some prior work experience preferred)
Great verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
Positive, solution-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Team player who is reliable, organized, and motivated
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
Experience with QuickBooks or phone systems helpful, but we’ll train!
