Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location:Phoenix, AZ 85007 Duration:6 Months
Description: CSR Position performs a high level of customer service functions that will support Human Service Supervisor and Human Service Specialist II. Duties will involve solving difficult customer service complaints/issues over the phone or face-to-face. Will be responsible for clerical functions such as providing referrals to customer for community resources, greet clients and assess purpose of the office visit, register applications and check for prior client history in AZCCATS, manage a high volume of incoming calls, faxes, emails, interoffice mail, and UPS mail. Transfer outgoing cases and prepare outgoing mail. Filing, archiving, ordering supplies, and other office procedures needed.
