We’re excited to announce an opening for a Credit Repair & Real Estate Support Specialist to join our growing team at Keys Credit and Keys Real Estate Services!
As part of our company, you’ll help clients improve their credit, guide them toward homeownership, and assist with basic real estate inquiries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people reach financial and homeownership goals.
This is a hybrid position — you’ll work both in our Goodyear, Arizona office and remotely from home. We offer base hourly pay with set hours, and a flexible schedule that aligns with business hours to meet client needs. No cold calling is required — clients reach out to us directly through our website, social media, and referrals.
Responsibilities:
Handle credit repair consultations and client inquiries with care and professionalism
Communicate with clients through social media messages, live chats, and scheduled calls
Answer basic real estate questions and help connect clients with our real estate team when needed
Provide clear explanations of our credit repair process, services, and homeownership programs
Keep organized client notes and follow up promptly
Engage with our social media followers by responding to messages, comments, and questions
Stay updated on both credit and real estate topics to better assist clients
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, credit repair, or real estate is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage communication across different platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of real estate or mortgage processes is a big advantage
