We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our wholesale nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in plants and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring that our nursery operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their will-call orders and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Provide support to our sales team by completing bids and taking photos.
- Collaborate with the nursery sales team to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in horticulture or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to speak Spanish well is preferred.
