What You'll Do:
Be the Voice of Our Company: Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Assist Customers with Their Needs: Help our clients schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide them with information about our services.
Coordinate Service Requests: Work closely with our team of tree care experts to ensure appointments are booked efficiently and that customer needs are met.
Problem Solve: If a customer has an issue or a concern, you’ll work to resolve it quickly and effectively, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
Promote Our Services: You’ll assist with upselling services and educate customers on how we can help keep their trees healthy and safe year-round.
What We’re Looking For:
