Pay: $18/hr to start → $20/hr once hired on!
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday between 7 AM – 7 PM (must be available during this window)
About the Role
Join a growing call center team dedicated to helping online university students get back on track with their education. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to previous students/applicants, reconnecting with them, and motivating them to return to school.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prior students and applicants
Re-engage and encourage individuals about continuing their education
Handle rebuttals and guide conversations professionally
Document call details thoroughly and accurately
Secure “yes” commitments to transfer students to the appropriate next-step department
