W2 Employment — No Nights or Weekends
Auto Shop Follow-Up is hiring part-time Arizona-based team members to call customers on behalf of auto repair shops and document their feedback. This is real, steady work — not sales, not commission, not contract.
What You’ll Do
Make follow-up phone calls (no cold calling)
Write clear, accurate call notes with good spelling and grammar
Capture customer concerns, compliments, and opportunities
Role Details
Remote (Arizona residents only)
Part-time W2 role
Minimum 14 hours per week (most work 14–22)
Daytime only (no later than 6pm)
Paid training and consistent weekly workflow
Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet

What We’re Looking For
Strong written communication skills
Good spelling, grammar, and clarity in call documentation
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Detail-oriented, dependable, and consistent
Able to follow procedures and meet weekly expectations
Pay
$15.50 per hour starting rate
