Hiring Front Desk Supervisor
Responsibilities
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy
The Supervisor is also responsible for assisting the staff with expediting problem payments, guest related issues, and providing the support to the Front Desk Agents as needed
Supervisors are expected to show excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests and co-workers
-Qualifications
Prior cash handling experiences necessary
High School graduate or G.E.D
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Six months Front Desk supervisor experience or other supervisor experience in customer service
Strong computer skills
Shift is mostly a set schedule but, will need to be flexible since it is also an on call schedule:
Sun & Mon 8am-4pm
Tues Wed & Thursday 2pm-10pm
Fri & Sat off.
Occasionally days will change and you might be needed to cover PM shifts in the event someone calls off. Must be flexible to change schedule if needed.
