Customer Service Representative / Cashier - Dry Cleaner
Established family-owned Dry Cleaning business looking to hire a CSR for our front counter. We are a quality-minded establishment who are seeking a full-time employee to continue to offer excellent service to our customers. We pride ourselves on customer relations, and desire someone who is capable of attending to our customers' needs in a professional manner. Attention to detail, dependability, and good work ethics are qualities needed for this customer-oriented business.
We have an opening for a 40 hour position with an additional 5 hour shift every other Saturday.
The available shift is:
Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Every Other Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Pay Range starts at $16.00 Depending on experience.
We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience. Prior experience in Dry Cleaning a plus, but not required.
Previous customer service experience based solely over the phone (such as a call center or telemarketing) would be acceptable.

Duties include:
-Greeting and assisting customers at the front counter.
-Writing tickets/orders with POS system.
-Cashier.
-Communication with customers over the phone and through messages in the POS system.
-Assembly of orders
Qualifications:
Customer Service experience.
Computer/PC experience.
Communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Starting pay rate: $16.00
Hours per week: 40
