Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients as they enter the showroom
Assist customers with general inquiries about flooring products, finishes, and design options
Provide product knowledge and support clients in selecting hardwood flooring that suits their style and needs
Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring samples and displays are clean, organized, and presentable
Support the sales team with client follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail, showroom, or design industry experience preferred but not required
Interest in design, interiors, or hardwood flooring is a plus
