We are looking for reliable and experienced Residential & Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role, perfect for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering quality cleaning services. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position, not an employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and supplies. You’ll be responsible for cleaning homes and/or commercial spaces with attention to detail and professionalism. We handle the clients and scheduling — you bring the skills, supplies, transportation, and strong work ethic.
Compensation:
- Pay is per house cleaned, averaging $100–$160 per home depending on size and scope

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience required (residential, commercial, or housekeeping)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques
- Reliable car and valid driver’s license
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies
- Ability to take and submit before/after photos of jobs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial properties
- Take before and after photos of each job to verify work completed
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent high-quality service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our scheduling team
- Bring your own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation to each job site
