About this position:
- Installation Management - Scheduling and Coordinating with clients and technicians
- Creating new accounts for activation
- Contacting technicians & A/V companies to expand our tech network
- 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Some night & weekend availability to address after-hour calls, as needed
- Providing support for existing clients
- Representing the company in a professional and positive manner
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties to be assigned depending on your skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Adept at following procedures and common practices
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office programs
- Professional demeaner
- Strong listening skills
- Solution-focused mentality, strong work ethic, and communication skills
- Outgoing, competitive personality, and coach-able attitude
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:
$45,000-$55,000/year DOE
