About the Role
As an Intake Analyst, you’re the spark that starts it all. You’ll answer inbound calls, respond to client requests, and walk them through signing their engagement letter so our licensed pros can go to work. You’ll explain the process and the No UpFront Guarantee™ with confidence and empathy, turning uncertainty into relief. Every call is a chance to change a life.
