Position Overview: As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will ensure the seamless execution of order processing and front-end operations. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for efficiency and reliability. This role offers an immediate start, with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, and opportunities for additional hours to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a wide range of inquiries related to order placement, product information, and billing issues with precision and courtesy.
Support the warehouse team in order fulfillment for our valued customers.
Keep meticulous inventory records, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Work collaboratively to enhance the efficiency of front-end operations.
We're Looking For:
Candidates with 1 to 10 years of customer service experience, comfortable with modern technology and industry tools.
Bilingual abilities and QuickBooks experience are advantageous.
Knowledge of the Sign & Graphics industry is a bonus but not mandatory.
Commitment to a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule, with flexibility for additional hours.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to grow with us.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift items over 50 pounds.
Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks.
