Entry-Level Lead Generation Specialist
FASA Tile LLC. - Phoenix, AZ
Starting at $18/hour, 24-32 hours/week

Lead Generation
FASA Tile LLC. is in search of Lead Generator Specialists who would work alongside our local business partners to increase sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. The work environment includes walking around, standing, meeting, and conversing with our lead prospects. The overall goal is to schedule FREE estimate appointments with customers for our project estimating team to travel to the project location, measure the space of installation, and send a project contract quoting the cost of labor of the project as well as how much materials would be required to complete the installation. Further responsibilities from this point include following up with customers after their appointments, enrolling loyalty points with our partner merchandiser, and other tasks in-store. No prior lead generation or flooring installation experience required – all necessary training will be provided upon hiring. You will go through two training phases until fully developed as a Lead Generation Specialist Phase 3, where you will be able to build your path toward another role, or a full time role as a lead generator. This position reports directly to upper management.

Job Conditions: Store Location Peak Hours of Availability include Thursday-Monday 10am-6pm; 24-32 hours per week!
Professional dress, appearance, communication and behavior is required. Training will be provided. May require bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time.
Essential Duties
We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be outgoing and self-motivated.
Generate and schedule quality appointments every shift following established performance metrics
Become educated in basic floor coverings and flooring installation processes
Engage in informative and helpful conversations with potential clients to attract them to our company
Assist customers with questions relevant to our company’s services and delegate other questions to the proper departments
Communicate product/service benefits and address inquiries effectively
Input customer information into our company database through the use of a smartphone or tablet (software training provided) as well as confidently traverse partner databases
Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with employees and managers of our retail partners
Follow up with customers to nurture relationships and ensure consistent communication
Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoffs and appointment preparations
Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification will assist individuals in their success in this role
