-Processing part orders, returns, and warranties.
Service Support
-Coordinating with the service department to ensure that the necessary parts are available for repairs and maintenance jobs.
-Scheduling service appointments and ensuring efficient workflow between parts and service staff.
-Assisting mechanics by providing them with the necessary parts and tools for their tasks.
Administrative Tasks
-Keeping records of parts orders, inventory levels, and service transactions.
-Managing paperwork related to parts sales, service orders, and customer accounts.
