We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our service environment. This position requires a blend of technical skills and customer service abilities, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and proactive in their approach.
Duties:
-Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service
-Assist in maintaining accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels
-Locate and order parts from vendors or other outside sources, and maintain contact with vendors and customers regarding order status
-Ability as needed to operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions.
-Provide customers with price quotes, invoices and other information as needed
-Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring customers and employees receive parts and accessories in a timely manner
-Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on the repair order
-Maintain the appearance of the parts counter and retail displays, and assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of parts inventory areas
-Notify Manager of out-of-stock parts or other materials that require immediate attention
Experience:
-Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
-Familiarity with vehicle/RV parts is a plus.
-Previous retail or wholesale auto parts sales experience is a plus
-Experience with cash registers, POS systems, inventory control, or parts retail will be advantageous.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
-A willingness to learn new skills related to automotive diagnostics and order fulfillment processes is required.

Pay: $17.00 hr. or more based on experience
Pay Days: Every 2 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Expected hours: 40 per week
