Roof-Rite is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Field Representative / Roofing Technician to join our team. If you are a professional, presentable, and bilingual individual with a passion for quality work and customer interaction, we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be the face of Roof-Rite, performing high-quality repairs on single-family residence tile roofs, primarily under warranty. This role requires a self-starter who excels at both independent work and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform expert roof repairs.
Interact professionally and effectively with homeowners and office staff.
Utilize a mobile app for data entry, including taking and uploading photos of repairs.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Use ladders and safely transport tools, occasionally via a tool belt up a ladder.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
Proven experience in roof repair, particularly with tile roofs.
Proficient in using mobile apps and computers for data entry and communication.
A reliable truck that can haul a ladder is a must. A fuel/vehicle allowance is part of the compensation package.
Comfortable working with ladders and following all safety protocols.
An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people and building positive relationships.
