Overview
We are seeking both Part time and full-time customer service and proshop attendants to lead our team and drive the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong positive attitude, infectious personality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service quality. You will be responsible for exceeding the customers’ expectations, helping grow sales, increase loyalty and help drive happy and repeat customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations by opening or closing the store, operating the POS system, taking care of the phones, customers and equipment.
Customer Service

Conduct merchandise inventory

Requirements
A love for sports, baseball and softball
A love for kids and youth.
Organized and detail oriented.
A positive and always customer first attitude
Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while driving operational success.
Be able to lift at least 30 pounds
Hours can vary based on the season, however this position will require weekends and evening hours up to 10PM.
Job Type: Part-time and Full Time available
Pay: $17-22 per hour
