About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Storage Manager to help us revitalize a property in Mesa and bring it back to peak performance. We are also looking for an individual to fill a role as an Assistant Manager between a location in Tempe and West Phoenix. Both positions are full time. As a key leader on-site, you will take ownership of daily operations, lead by example, and drive revenue by converting leads, upselling products, and delivering top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations of the storage facility to ensure efficiency and organization.
Rent units and close sales by engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and providing tailored solutions.
Upsell merchandise and services to maximize revenue.
Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise.
Handle cash transactions and follow all proper cash management protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property—inside the office and around the grounds.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate purchasing decisions and manage stock levels effectively.
Who We’re Looking For:
Storage experience preferred, but backgrounds in apartment or retail management are strongly encouraged to apply.
Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to close leads and upsell products.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to work alone or along side a co-worker.

Compensation will be a base salary, potential for monthly performance bonuses and after a short successful probationary period you will be offered a company provided on-site apartment, with utilities included.
