The Service Coordinator at ECD Systems, LLC is essential to our Service Team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate all service calls, inspections, create quotes, order appropriate parts, answer billing questions as needed, assist the service manager. You will work closely with our service technicians and our operations department. We rely on this person to maintain consistent communication and dedication to each call, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Create and maintain close customer relations
Phone support for customers and field technicians
Create quotes, scopes, contracts, which include creating and ordering the materials needed.
Installation knowledge, service, and troubleshooting of a variety of burglary alarm, Intercom, access, and camera systems
Instruct end users on the proper use of all installed equipment, and address questions or concerns.
Knowledge of system testing and signal verification
Requirements:
Scheduling experience for either plumbing service, heating & A/C, or low voltage contractor. At least 2 years required

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including heavy telephone and email communication
Ability to analyze information to make informed decisions and recommendations

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
