Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix AZ 85028Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $21 - $25 per hour, DOE + Bonus Plan ($500-$5,000 per year)
Benefits: Company Paid 100% Health / Dental benefits after 90 days

We are a well-established home improvement company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We are a fast paced local office. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help us continue to make a big impact in our small business.
Responsibilities:Provide friendly and professional customer service to our Customers over the phone, text and email.Utilize basic knowledge of construction trades to address customer inquiries and coordinate service appointments.Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel efficiently to manage customer information and communication.Have a good understanding of the geography in the Phoenix metro area to assist with scheduling and logistics - this is important.Be solution-oriented, eager to learn new things, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:Friendly and approachable demeanor.Basic knowledge of construction trades.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work well within a small team.
