Anytime Home Services is a leading provider of plumbing services, dedicated to delivering high-quality installations and repairs for residential customers. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Water Heater Installation Technician to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Water Heater Installation Technician to install, maintain, and repair water heaters. The ideal candidate will be skilled in working with heavy equipment, soldering, and have a strong understanding of plumbing systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation of water heaters, troubleshooting, and providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Install, replace, and repair water heaters, including gas, electric, and tankless models.
-Lift and move heavy water heaters and associated equipment, ensuring safety at all times.
-Perform soldering, pipe fitting, and other necessary plumbing tasks for proper installation.
-Inspect systems for leaks, wear, and damage, ensuring all installations are code-compliant.
-Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and service details.
-Provide customers with clear explanations of repairs, replacements, and maintenance options.
-Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure safe and efficient work.
-Collaborate with the team to improve installation and service procedures.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Proven experience in water heater installation and repair.
-Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to. bs).
-Proficiency in soldering and working with copper and other plumbing materials.
-Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with various types of water heaters (tankless, traditional tank, solar, etc.).
-Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
-Ability to work in confined spaces and on elevated surfaces.
