Tired of teaching? Looking for a change but still love to work with small children? A Little Glamour is looking for educators who are quick-to-learn, can travel around the southwest and want to be part of a growing, women-owned company!
The job would start off as a photography assistant, grow into a lead photographer and then be able to train new photographers in Las Vegas, Southern California, Albuquerque, possibly West Texas.
Experience not necessary: training in lighting, posing, safety, printing, sales and basically all aspects of photography will be provided.
A Little Glamour Photography is looking for someone to assist and then train our multiple photographers in preschools; getting children ready for photos, organizing paperwork, assembling proofing portfolios, taking and processing orders, data entry, and working with the preschool's staff to ensure that photography runs smoothly.
Job Types: Full-time
Schedule:
8-12 hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Our full-time photographer would need to be available from 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the photographer and other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:
A reliable vehicle and able to travel around Phoenix and surrounding suburbs (and then out of state beginning Summer 2024).
Ability to work the times above.
Ability to sit on the floor, smaller furniture, bend, lift up to 30lbs, and keep up with small children.
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented person with good time management.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with children and adults.
Must be able to pass background check, and be able to work in preschools.
Ability to travel
Eagerness to progress to traveling photographer/trainer for Las Vegas/Southern California/New Mexico
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (Preferred and will be required after hire)
Preferred, but not a “Must”:
Previous retail, sales, service-related or photography experience.
Previous education/training experience
Previous child-related experience (teacher, counselor, child care, etc.)
Fluent in Spanish

Work Location: On the road, mobile, Phoenix-Metro and surrounding suburbs
Compensation: Hourly and Daily rates +commission+milage+hotel. 1099 employee, paid weekly, with bonus incentives.
Salary: Ave $60k
