Established Commercial Cabinet shop with an awesome workplace culture in the East Valley is seeking a CAD Drafter for (Microvellum).
Requirements:
Min of 1 year of experience using CAD software
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to learn Microvellum.
Good math skills including fractions and decimals.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and balance workload in a fast paced environment.
Team player with problem solving skills.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of millwork industry (construction techniques, industry materials, and hardware.)
Understanding of AWI quality standards and ADA requirements.
Job duties (to include):
Generating cut-lists and part drawings for cabinets and custom mill-work.
Prepare, print and distribute production drawings, cust-lists and labels to the shop.
Review submittal drawings using blueprints.
Work directly with project manager, general contractor and vendors to verify pertinent details.
Benefits:
Standard work week is Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. (overtime based on workload)
