DRAFTER-DESIGNER-COORDINATOR is needed to help prepare and coordinate workflow.
LOCATION
North Phoenix - home base, Carefree Hiway and I-17. Travel to jobsites mostly valley wide in company car, but occasionally Tucson or other parts of the state.
REQUIREMENTS
1 Must be energetic and flexible to change with this highly challenging and growing business.
2 Must be capable of maintaining schedule for all aspects of the company production including crew, materials, job start, and end dates.
3 Must be proficient in phone calls, email, texting, and messaging.
4 Must be proficient in CAD.
5 Must have good working knowledge and troubleshooting of computers.
6 Must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
7 Must be knowledgeable of Residential Building Codes or learn quick.
8 Must have good communication skills to coordinate schedules with employees and customers.
9 Must have good driving record and valid AZ driver's license.
10 Must be physically capable of performing all duties of the job.
A Drive to jobs and bring occasional supplies.
B Climb in and out of empty swimming pools
C Climb down into Pool Deck and then climb out.
D Walk and crawl around below deck to inspect work.
E Be able to handle the heat during summer and cold during winter to complete assigned tasks.
DUTIES
1 Help in every part of the operation including clean up, organization, and other menial tasks.
2 Maintain Inventory count.
3 Create, Execute, and Maintain Procedures
4 Design and draft job drawings according to company standards
A Measure pool with laser scanner.
B Sketch and take notes of details.
C Discuss project with customer.
D Inspect jobsite for suitability and shortcomings.
5 Collect and distribute customers deposits and payments.
6 Communicate with customer about project.
7 Train customers in their responsibilities, what happens next, and how to handle their deck.
8 Maintain company schedule and communicate to all involved, crew, sales, support, and customer.
9 Create new and maintain standard drawings for all company designs.
10 Create new and maintain standard forms for proper workflow - Zoho
11 Create new workflow documents and maintain workflow information for documentation of work.
12 Master and train employees in workflow software.
13 Help in all aspects of Product Testing.
14 Help organize and prepare components for all jobs.
15 Help all aspects of company production in sales. Help Write, Update, and Maintain ALL
PROCESSES for Every Aspect of Your Job.
16 Whatever may be needed as the company grows.
Pay is based on volume, experience, production, and quality of work.
Pay range is $30 – 50k DOE
Excellent opportunity for the talented hard worker.
