Job Functions:
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates and material pricing
Prepare proposals using Quick Bid, On Screen Takeoff, Quickbid, and Planswift software
Work on multiple projects estimates simultaneously
Coordinate with the client on all changes in scope, questions, or clarifications regarding the work during the bidding process.
Process FRIs, RFCs, and materials orders
Able to work closely with the project team
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial metal stud and drywall estimating experience with takeoff and quick bid tools
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong computer skills and demonstrated competency with Microsoft Suite, On Screen Takeoff, Planswift & Quick Bid.
