We have an IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY available for individuals experienced with conducting field site surveys and preparing as-built drawings in AutoCAD.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage requests from our team of project managers to visit various retail or commercial sites and conduct a site survey. The sites can range from 500 square feet inside a department store to a 50,000+ sq. ft. warehouse space. You will collect data that can include: dimensioned drawings including floor plans, Ceiling Plans, Elevations, existing fixture inventory, display window measurements, photographs, graphic measurements, cash-wrap details, etc. These drawings can be requested to be delivered in either AutoCAD/PDF format or occasionally hand sketches.
Requirements
Highly proficient in some, or all, of the following programs:
o AutoCAD
o Adobe Acrobat
o Excel
o Photo-editing software
o SketchUp, Revit, Rendering software, and Adobe creative Suite are not required but a plus
Skilled in site photography
Own car or access to transportation to allow for a convenient commute to sites
Detail oriented, well-organized, high-energy, with a positive attitude
Bonus if you have or work with:
o 360-camera
o 3D Laser Scanning
o Matterport
