Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager/Estimator with roughly 10 years of construction experience in the Heavy Civil Industry, with an emphasis on underground civil construction. This is an in-office job that will also require the employee to visit active, and inactive construction sites.
RESUME REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
We are looking for someone that has an understanding of reading project specifications, project plans, can work with private and public owners, can work within a team, an understanding of standard civil construction means and methods, how to estimate civil projects, how to manage projects, including billing, cost/budget management, schedule tracking, value engineering and material procurement.

Pay: Salary $85,192.00 - $100,000.00 per year
