Avondale Stucco Company is looking for a full-time motivated estimator to join our team.
Job Requirements:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and plan specifications.
Understand scope of work, calculation of bids, and compiling take-off data to prepare proposals using On Screen take-off software.
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, work under minimum supervision, and be able to work independently.
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Process material order
Able to work closely with team members
Experience with residential, multi-family & commercial projects or other related estimating is a plus.
Education/Experience/Job Knowledge: High School Diploma or GED/ Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel - Spanish helpful but not required
